Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.

Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made within 2 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.

No Show Policy:
No Shows have an extra charge of one night stay.

Extra person Policy:
Every person lodge must pay a fee to stay.

Kids Policy:
Two minors under 8 years old are admitted for free sharing room with two adults.

Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
